Okay for weeks now I can't really play the game. Everything loads okay and then when I try to go into a level it just kicks me out. When it does work (after a few attempts going back in) if I pass a level and try to move on it happens again. All connections are fine and all other games I have work as normal. I really miss playing and hope you can help.

Which version of the iPad do you have?

Some of the older phones and tablets can't run the game so this might be your issue.
It can also be that you have other apps running that interferes with the game. Try a simple reboot right before playing the game to see if it solves the issue.
