i have been playing for 3 years and now it is so difficult to complete a level. Why can you not give help to anyone stuck on a level for a long time?????

Isn't that part of the challenge and the fun of the game. If you could pass every level no problem at all then the game wouldn't be what it is. Yes, you get stuck and frustrated now and then but you pass the levels eventually. If you're not enjoying the game then put it down for a while.
