Did not receive prize for first place finish in Striped Candy Challenge.

I received a notification that I was the first place winner but then when I tried to claim the prize but it indicated that it was calculating but it never finished calculating and then it just disappeared and I never received the prize. Very frustrating, especially since I can see by other questions that othrrs had the same issue and, apparently, were also told they were first?
