My friend lost all levels

My friend asked me to help as I am an IT specialist. Her tablet was screen broken and she bought another one I tried to sync her game crush saga and I lost all her levels she was on 1034 but she never log in with any account. As sonies I loged in level went to 1 now I don't know what to do. Please help !!!

I can assist in getting the game progress back in Candy Crush Saga.
Please notice that we require direct contact from a player in order to verify ownership of the game account. This can be arranged by letting the person with the issue log into King Care and post a request to have the levels restored. Once done a King Care moderator will get in contact and solve the issue.
