 king are the worst company I have ever dealt with for customer service. I know that this will simply be marked as a duplicate and ignored but I'm going to post it again. Despite me losing my boosters from Android phone randomly and repeatedly they will not help. Having completed over 2000 levels I have rarely needed help, which is just as well since king refuse to give it

    This the same information that all of our players receive. This post links you to an article that states that we will reimburse any boosters that were paid for as to not leave players at a financial loss however we do not compensate where free items have been lost. This information is clearly provided in the game. Free items won are 'Non refundable, transferable, exchangeable and cannot be used in any other game.'

    Please remember that each level in the game is designed so that it can be passed without using any boosters.
