No KING account (Fire tablet)

I am trying to set up my mom a new Fire tablet for Christmas and she has been playing Candy Crush on her iPhone for a while and she has a King account (doesn't use FB) when I went to sign her into the King account there was no orange button to click to sign her in said account. Am I missing something? Is there a way for me to sign her into her King account? Has an update taken this away?

Please can you confirm that you are trying the following?
- Open the game on your device and tap the Settings button down in the bottom left hand corner.
-Tap the orange and yellow Kingdom icon
- Enter your mother's email address and password.

If you are experiencing a problem please can you let me know the following:
o Which version of Candy Crush Saga is installed?
o Please could you upload a screenshot of the device, http://www.take-a-screenshot.org/
o Is there an error message, if yes, what does it say?
