Cannot start game annymore

when I start the game it returns to start or even put me out of game never had this problem before now for over one month its impossible to play

Hi Marisa,

Do you mean it puts you at level 1 or are you saying it doesn't let you in the game at all? There was an update recently, make sure your game is updated by going to your app store. If you do need an update, after updating, restart your device as this helps significantly.

Hello,

I have the same kind of problem. When I start the app the orange startpage comes up, I have to wait a few seconds and then the app just shuts down.
This problem started the other week, I haven’t had any problem earlier. And yes - I have the latest update. (As far as I remember the problem occured after the update)

Any ideas?
