How do i use a ticket id that has been sent to me ive tried contacting king but keep getting ticket ids what are they thanks x

The ticket ID you have received is a handle in order to keep track of updates in your message between King Support and you.
Please also notice that you can ask questions here on King Care and a staff of moderators, Super Users as well as fellow players can help you out.

Thank you for your response but my original question to king still has not been resolved all they keep sending is ticket ids very frustrating xx
