I am writing on behalf of several CC Saga fans that are having difficulty trying to access the game from their mobile devices. They are all telling me the same thing - they click on the app and it starts loading and then the screen goes black or it takes them back to their "desktop" (lack of a better word). It just shuts the game down. I asked what mobile devices they are using and it seems that most are on their iPads. One wrote that she was having the same problem on her iPhone. Someone wrote that they were having trouble on their tablet but unfortunately I can't find the original post to let you know which tablet it was. I've been working with these fans for a couple of days now. They are very frustrated. I am starting to think that it might be an Apple issue because they are reporting iPad and iPhone mostly. Can someone at King please check into this further and, if necessary, can someone contact Apple or whomever to find out how this can get resolved? These frustrated fans haven't been able to play the game for a couple of weeks now.
