Problems with candy crush

yesterday I did you a message about lousing more than 2000 levels. The answer was that I received a private mail and I have to open an envelop. I didn't receive the mail but I tried to open the game once again and sometimes I see level one and sometimes I see the game where I was when candy crush crashed. When I try to play the game disapear always. Can you help me please?

If you are checking the site on a mobile device then the messages will be displayed in the left hand menu. On desktop they are in the top right.
