Lost candy crush saga game & google play shuts down when i try to down load again

2 weeks ago my candy crush app appeared black & gray with the SD card by it when I clicked on it, it said it wasn't downlowded. so when I went to the Google play store to download it the Google play store shut down. I tried rebooting my tablet, deleting candy crush to download it newly but everytime Google play store shuts down. It will download other apps just not candy crush. can you please help me get my game back I love this game as you know I play it all the time. Please let me know why every time I try to download candy crush it shuts down. Thank you very much. As you know I have several King & saga games. But I do miss this game so please help me get it back. I have a Samsung Galaxy Pro 7. I always do all updates. Thank you.

Hi Butterfly,

Sounds like something went wrong with your installed version of Candy Crush Saga.

I suggest you try the following troubleshooting steps:

1) Try moving the game from SD RAM to the Internal RAM

2) Try installing Candy Crush Saga without the MicroSD card inserted (either by soft ejecting the connection or by turning off your device, then physically eject the card.

3) Perform a reset of Google Play: Settings >> Apps >> Google Play Store >> Storage. From here click on Clear Data and the app will reset to default state. You can now start Google Play normally and it will recompile the installed apps.

You should now be able to install and run Candy Crush Saga without any further issues.
