I play Candy Crush on both my Samsung S5 mobile and my iPad Mini which I connect to Facebook. Approximately 2 weeks ago my iPad ceased to connect to Facebook. I am currently on level 1254.My iPad shows I am running on version 9.3.5 and is up to date. Apple could not assist at all but did say they were up to version 10. I have reloaded both Facebook and Candy crush. Please help
Try this out: if you have the Facebook app, start by uninstalling it (can reinstall once done). Next go into Safari and make sure you are logged into your FB account from the FB site directly. If you've already done that with no luck, clear cache from Safari and try again. That should hopefully do the trick.
