I've been having problems with my game recently. I've not been able to log in to "the kingdom" in 2 weeks now. Also, my last two (possibly 3) purchases crashed the game. My credit card was charged but I never received the coins. You'll be able to tell exactly which purchases I'm referring to because the purchase was immediately followed by my having to re-open the game. I am POSITIVE I didn't get the gold for the last 2 purchases - $6 total. Do I notify my credit card company or will you guys reverse the charge on your end? I use my laptop to play the game. I am NOT using a mobile device, a tablet, or playing directly thru king.com. I also haven' been able to connect thru Facebook so I have no idea what platform I'm using. Sorry.
