Why am I not getting the boosters in the chest this been happening for the last 3weeks.I ran out of boosters because of it?Feeling very frustrated.

The chat is sometimes not available, but when it is, it will be located in the bottom right corner. In the meantime send them a message through the game. There are new options available for you to choose "rewards not received" they usually get back to you within 24 hours with a solution. Hope this helps!
