Level 1
I recently purchased an Amazon Kindle. I was able to successfully retrieve my level progress from Candy Crush Saga, but with Soda Saga and Jelly Saga I lost level progress. I still have my gold bars though. I have done everything imagineable. And my level progress is synched to my King account.
I asked Tony a King Care associate to help you further on this. He sent you a private message which you may have already seen by now.
What about facebook? Have you always played through King or have you played through Facebook as well? If so try logging into Facebook.
Tried Facebook. No success. I was able to get the progress to Candy Crush Saga and Farm Heroes Saga. But Jelly and Soda...no luck. I am going to try one more thing. I will let you know how it goes.
Thought it was my email. Used old email on old device. Success. Uses email on new device nothing. I did notice some things. When I log into my king account, the banner appears in the background and says disconnected from Facebook ( eventhough I waa not logges on facebook). When I have logged onto King account, in the place of my email, it has a bunch of letters and numbers. Then when I log out of my account, it says Internet connection not available (which I do). Candy Crush Saga I reinstalled on tablet, and I retrieved my level progress sucessfully. I concluded that there is a glitch or bug that I cannot fix.
Ohhhh okay Scott, so it was a different email you were using to log on? So is everything good now? All levels are up to par?

I don't know how it happen but my issue with candy crush soda has fixed itself after I logged back into my kindleWhat about facebook? Have you always played through King or have you played through Facebook as well? If so try logging into Facebook.
