I asked already many times for help but till now nothing what you ask to do don't start the game. As I see a lot of players are in the same situation and are furious the game isn't working after doing what you proposed. Can you tell me if there is a way to fix if or not instead to say what I have to do and it doesn't help me forward?

it is your hand set problem. you can restore your hand set and reinstall the game. then the problem will be solve.
