Purchased 50 gold bars, only received 30

I purchased 50 gold bars as part of a special deal that included a mystery box too, which failed to materialize also.

Ticket ID 4203412 has now been open for almost 5 working days and I have no meaningful reply.You took £3.99 out of my account on a promotion that was meant to give me 50 gold. I only received 30 gold.You have been fraudulent and I want my gold and compensation.
