Hi,
I wanted to update my mom's iPad and to make sure she didn't lose her levels on Candy Crush, I connected with my Facebook account (as recommended on several websites and forums). But then all her levels disappeared and now she has to start back on level 0! I tried recovering the levels with her email address, but it always says "no account found for email". Could it be she played without signing in? And if it is possible, how can I recover her levels? I also don't have her game ID number, and I don't know where I could find it? Would it be the same as the ID before I connected with Facebook? She had a high level (in the 900's I think) and played for years, it would really be sad if she lost everything! Can you please help me?
