Issues with CC Saga in iPad & Not receiving boosters

Clearly you are aware of this issue. When will this problem be fixed? Also, while playing on my iPhone 6s I don't receive my "Daily Sweets"...it "checks" off as if I am receiving them....but then it doesn't show up in my stored boosters. I've been gypped too often, whether it's not receiving boosters earned, or crashes, etc.

Could you please let me know what issue you are having with the game on your iPad so that I can provide you with further information.

In regards to you not receiving your free boosters. Please make sure that your game is connected to Facebook/Kingdom and that you have a mobile/internet connection when playing.

As visible on the Daily Booster Wheel, any free items won are ''Non refundable, transferable, exchangeable and cannot be used in any other game," and for this reason we generally do not compensate any free boosters or lives that may have been lost.

I lost my more then 10300 golden bricks premium currency of game while signing up for the first time from my 1 year old guest account my levels are same but my all items are gone now I can't level up without any items kindly give me any kind of support

The spinach/bok choy ad doesn't work and keeps crashing. It's very annoying. I'm no longer getting any extra moves, boosters, or levels. The game is unplayable without it. Like so many others, I just keep getting that ad. Please remove this ad so the game becomes playable again. Thanks in advance.
