This has been going on a while. Every time I try to purchase on 2nd try, I have to try again. I have 2 months of bank statements to prove. How do I get a refund? Tried emailing, nothing.Ready to delete both CC Soda and CC saga, it's happening on both. Other games from other companies don't do this. Now that you no longer supply your phone number to resolve, this happening and not getting resolved. That's fraud!!!
