Lost level on candy crush after playing for years

Please help lost my levels last week I was on level 2333 I turned ofy phone .when I went back on cc I was at 2180 on wednesday another world was added and again I was on level 2195 again at the spanner at this rate I will not get back on to my level foron the .I have been playing with cc for years  and I am so dissapointed with having no one to help I have also spent a lot of money to  get to this level so will be deleting cc and reporting why .

I have checked your game account and your game progress is saved and it is still available. You only need to go into the app and reconnect to the relevant Facebook/Kingdom account and your progress will return.

To reconnect with Facebook please make sure first that you are logged in to the right account within the Facebook app/browser. Then on the home screen for Candy Crush. Tap to connect.

To reconnect to Kingdom. Go to the game settings (bottom left) and tap the orange Kingdom icon. Here you can input your credentials.
