Several months ago I received the following error message on my Kindle Fire tablet, Unable to connect to Amazon App Store.
Since that time, I have not been able to play CC with any success, it either crashes entirely or is ridiculously slow. I've uninstalled and re-installed and that has not helped. Please advise. Thank you!
This issue seems to have a affected a lot of people with older devices, it happened several weeks back after a game update. It seems whatever was in the update was too much for some of these devices to run properly. If you've already troubleshooted the app then there isn't much else you can do apart from wait for the next (hopefully less demanding) update which they have said they're working on.
