No Envelope on candy crush game

I have no envelope on my game even when friends send me stuff .What would be the cause ? When I went to sign in to King.com it said my e mail wasn't registered.I have played this game for awhile but never could figure out why the envelope didn't appear.

Are you friends sending you help from Facebook or from Kingdom? If it says you're email is not registered I'd be a little worried, did it ask you to create an account or anything?
