Candy crush gone back to level 1

i have been playing candy crush for a couple of years and was up to level 617. Also had loads of rewards saved up. I play at various times of the day when time allows. I've just gone to play and it's gone back to level 1. I am gutted. I've logged in and out of Facebook and rebooted but it's stil at level 1. I have not changed or done anything so why has this happened. Please help to get me back to my level.
