Level 2060 I have one that three or more times and it will not say I won I had it over 300,000 and still would not say I'd beat it I also bought a package for 1599 and you charge me 23 something this is crap I want to win this level and I don't want you to send me to your questions and answer Page this is my 3rd time contacting you

That's because like with all timed levels, having hit the minimum score required does not mean the round is over (just think about it for a moment, otherwise how would anyone hit a 3 stars?). The round is over when the timer has run out, that mean even If you've got 1 gazillion points and all the boosters in the world, if a timed candy is about to blow before the timers runs out....it's still game over.
Top tip, if you've hit minimum score and only care about passing to the next, don't do anything else and let the timer run down to 0
