Candy Crush Lost Level

Question

I switch from iPhone 4s to iPhone 6s and i backup all my data including CC. When i back to play and connect to FB account, my progress are only at level 365 instead 900 and over. Can you verify?

but unfortunatly, in CC inbox i see only the message from other player.
