My candycrush saga will not opdn as of yesterday jan 9 2017. Other king ganes are okay. I have turned phone off and on again. Memory capacity is good. What do i do?

First what is the model phone you are using? Have you made sure you have the latest update? Next try restarting your phone. If none of these help, try uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but keep in mind, you will lose any boosters or lives while doing this. However, you will not lose gold bars.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
