Advancing after beating Level 1988

After beating Level 1988 a total of 6 times and the last score being 310,000 the game says I didnt defuse the bomb in time, and wont advance me to Level 1989. The goal is to score 100,000 in 35 moves. I have written Emails about this and only get a ticket number. I have scored over 100,000 on both my Desktop and mobile.

It doesn't matter what your score is if you haven't used all of your moves and you didn't defuse a bomb in time. The aim of these kind of levels is to acheive all 3 or you won't pass the level.
