Lost progress, can you help?

when the app crashed yesterday, I uninstalled it. When I reloaded, I was back at game 1! I logged on ( had to reset password as I had forgotten it) . Same thing happened with Candy Crush jelly which I accidentally deleted. I was on level 1001 or 1002 of Candy Crush and about 700 of jelly. Please can you help?

I've just sent you a message which you can find by clicking on the mail icon in the top right of the main King Care page if on PC, or tapping the left hand menu if on Mobile/Tablet.

I also have problem with my candy crush jelly my game suddenly reset to level 0, I was ok 672. I tried everything but still it wouldn't take me back to my level just showing level 1.. help!!
