I have lost my progress on my Iohone 6 after an update but it's still on my ipad

How do I restore my progress back to my iPhone 6? I am back at level 1 after reaching 1286! My iPad is still ok though??

    You need to connect your game to either your Facebook or Kingdom account as that's what you sync your progress to. Or have you already done that?
