I lost all my boosters in Candy Crush Saga

I connected to Facebook in order to preserve the state of game levels and boosters, and then for some unexplained reason the game on my Galaxy S4 'disconnected' from Facebook and would not reconnect.  This happened several months ago in 2016.  The message was that "you are not connected to the Kingdom right now try again later".  It never worked.  When I reached into the 1000 levels I was concerned and I wanted to get a new phone, knowing that if I did that in that state it would reset me.  So I finally decided to reinstall the game and lost all my earned boosters and all my donated lives.  Curiously, the gold bar level stayed the same.  So my color bombs at 100, striped & wrapped at 67, coconut wheels at 101, swedish fish at 97, (Check marks) at 101, candy hammers at 12 and switches at 10.  Also, the level I was on when I did the reinstall did not change either at 1189.  I am very discouraged and frustrated by this event, that if I can't get my boosters restored I will just give up the game altogether after 3 years, can you help?
