2096 is it impossible?

The mixer destroys a licorice on 3rd move.  ? Never give licorice.  I get down to 1 licorice so many times and there is no more licorice!  very frustrating.  plus how is it possible that in 2096 levels I have onl hit jackpot 1 time on the bonus wheel?
