I updated the software on January 10 or 11, then the game would not open on my iPad nor iPhone. When it finally did the next day, I was logged in as my son and was back to Level 1. I was on 1027 when this happened. I'm okay when playing through Facebook on my computer only. Please help me restore to the level I was at so I can play on my devices. Or tell me how I can log out as my son and log back in as me.

My son helped me. Instead of using the app on my iPad, he logged onto facebook via www.facebook.com. Because he never logged out, when I tried to get onto Candy Crush, it was trying to connect to his FB account. Once I logged him off, all my levels were restored to where they were when this happened. In my case, it may have been a coincidence that this happened at the same time the last update happened.
