1921 why only 16 moves, all the help videos show 22 moves?

i get only 16 moves, of which at least 8 are used to get the keys, yet all the video's show 22 moves? why the difference, do you all change the levels when you see them harder to promote boosters to be purchased? i play it on my phone, ipad and laptop and all 3 are 16

Unfortunately, when there are updates to the game, levels and moves often do change with the update. You'll have to find tutorials or videos that include an updated version. I did a search for "level 1921 candy crush 16 moves". Quite a few came up, here is one without using boosters https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=046DFXLHNXY  there are some out there using boosters as well. I understand your frustration, but I hope this helps you out somewhat!
