Since Oct.2016 the game takes much time to start so it's impossible to play time limit levels. Right know I'm at level 725 where i have 30 secs to reach the goal but i don't even have the chance to start playing. I've done everything like clean up the cache memory, delete and download the app again but nothing seems to be effective. I'm playing on a Sony Vaio laptop. Please fix the problem asap. Thanks

If you're laptop run Windows 10 then go to the Windows store and download the game app instead, much smoother than running through a browser.
If you don't have W10 though try going through the other steps given here that you haven't gone through to see if there's any improvement: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/cant-get-your-games-to-load-on-facebook-check-this-out
