Just now I tried play candy crush,but unfortunately nothing is fix. Another time I lost my booster.

I just checked my candy crush and next time I lost next booster. I wrote to King many times about my serious problem with boosters. Boosters automatically being used even though not selected. I can't play,because every time I start play game I lost boosters. It happened a few days ago after last updating. Please fix it. I sent you my e-mail,so please let me know when candy will be fixed and I will play safety. I don't want to lose more boosters. Thank you very much.

So what's going on exactly, is it just that your loosing boosters randomly or are you having some other type of technical problem on top of that? Just to avoid recommending things you've already tried, have you gone through any of the general troubleshooting so far?
