boosters lost on reinstall

Hi, I asked this question but did not get an anwer on how to reinstall my boosters:

Hi, my candy crush wouldn't load so I deleted and reloaded it on my iPad. I now have lost all my boosters. Not happy. Can I have these reloaded. I didn't choose to reload candy crush. I had to. Help!
