What's up with life and booster loss?

I have tried contacting you already. No response on your part. Anyhow, I have a suggestion that I think you really should consider! I had over 400 lives. Over 100 boosters of all sorts. I've paid for gold bars. Anyhow, I got a new phone, my lives and boosters lost. I started to build up again, very slowly might I add. 3 weeks after I got my phone, it had warranty issues. I had to get it replaced. Again, lost all lives and boosters. I'm very very upset about this! I play on my phone, through FB. Everything should stay with your account. You really need to find a way to fix this. I love this game, but am beyond frustrated. Going from 400 lives and 100+ boosters to 0 really sucks!

    Thank you for contacting King Care! Unfortunately if you switch devices the only thing that is saved is gold. Everything else is stored locally so switching to a new device will definitely not save boosters and lives. Also clearing data, uninstalling /reinstalling does this also (wipes out boosters and lives) Unfortunately I have no power to give you anything back. You may want to consider emailing King through the game itself, you never know, they may give you something but they're not obligated to, so I'm not promising anything. Explain your situation and the amount you had. Go to the homepage of the game, click on your settings (lower left corner), click on the green cog wheel, scroll down to "Contact Us ". There, you'll have the specific options to choose from regarding boosters/rewards etc. (Tip; be extra sweet & friendly) But like I said I can't promise anything but it's worth a shot!
