Please I need help. I lost my progress when I switched phones.I never signed in using Facebook,I used a different email address; I know my user name "Patty Mayonnaise".Im so sad/frustrated because I love playing and now I'm back on level 1. What can I do? I do not wish to start over. PLEASE HELP!! :,(

Hi Cezdiamond can you please help me? I never signed into Facebook or used my email to log into the kingdom yellow icon. I was at level 1302 then logged into Facebook and I'm now back to level 1.
