I lost all my boosters on candy crush that I had been saving for yrs. Just logged in and they were gone. What can we do about this?
This happened to me too! Hundreds if you combine all that I lost! They say they are non-refundable and basically too bad! Very angry about this. Also if I get something off of the wheel, it uses it rather I want to or not, so can't save up again either! Good luck!
Same thing happened to me!! I had collected 121 lollipops, 104 color bombs, 79 coconut wheels, and many many more! 2 weeks ago, they were just gone! And this has happened to me before a few years ago when i use to play on my kindle. At the time i blamed it on the device but it's happened again on my phone. I sent them a contact form and they referred me to here and i almost flipped! How can OTHER players explain to me why THEY jacked my boosters?!?! I have a theory though...
I think maybe it's an attempt to get you to spend money bc they know that if you have years of collected boosters you'll have no incentive to buy things.

Similar issue for me too. It happened after my iPhone updated. However, I was able to see that my boosters were shifted to another account. Rather than signing me into my FB account I had always used in the app, it auto-signed me into a FB account that was logged into at some point in my Safari and instead of resetting to where ever that account was in the game, it gave all of my progress and boosters to the other account. I sent a support request message but no resolution - only a generic auto-answer that didn't address the issue. I've pretty much stopped playing all together.
I can confirm this. Had hundreds of booster. Then suddenly on my iphone all boosters were gone. Like advised on this forum I removed and reinstalled the app a few times.
Terrible guys here at king.com. Basically it is. We don't care about our users.
No problem King, there are plenty of other games around. It's 2017!
Same thing has happened to me over the last 3 weeks, I've sent message after message after message and each has been ignored. I know it sounds crazy but with all the money I've spent on the game the ignoring of me has pushed me as far as I'm prepared to go. I'm going over every purchase I've made over the last six months and will be disputing every monetary purchase I find. It's bad business and so unprofessional. I thought I was the only one this is happening to but it appears it's happening to way more than I appeared. Bad business!

Hi Everyone!- Thanks for posting on King Care. I am really sorry that you have lost your Boosters, I can understand your frustration.
Please note that the Boosters are saved to your device and not the game data. So any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost. For this reason we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars.
