I finally won the jackpot on the spinning wheel I clicked on the claim prize then nothing happened.

After playing this game for many years I finally won the jackpot on the spinning wheel. When I clicked on claim prize nothing happened other than it skipped to the game. I fairly regularly buy boosters so so spend money on this game. How can I claim my jackpot?
