Level 2249 Anyone else not having the checked candy not falling to get to the required 15?

Level 2249---You need to get 15 yellow candies yet there are only 10 available on screen and no other checked candies fall to get you to 15. I have cleared all 10 several times and still had moves left. Am not buying boosters to get there.
