on around level 650 and candy crush was struggling to load and when it did it had reset to level 1.
Candy crush has reset from around level 650 to 1. I have never logged in with Facebook and kingdom did not recognise my email and I can't remember having to log in with them. My user name is Kaf with a puppy picture. I have photos of levels I was first in if that would help to reload my data? I play on my iPad and get messages from C C so perhaps my account is in your system somewhere. Thanks very much for your help.
