Based on others' comments, this will not get a reply so it's an academic process but doing it anyway
So your timed level 1538 in Candy Crush is (seemingly) impossible to pass, nor is enjoyable in any way. Would be interesting to see your board of investors sit down in a controlled environment with laptops and all present given the entire day (including the time involved after the 5 lives are spent) to get past this level and to hear their feedback. It's pretty clear your in-app purchases come in large part from lower level players but give those of us that have been playing for a long time a fair shake.
