My old king account display name : cheetah_iii (Maybe not connect to a FB account), I am staying at level 2024. When I transfer my game to a new phone, I try to reload my level in my new phone, I found all my gifts(Boosters) are gone. Then I went back to my old phone, Level was returned to 2024, but all gifts(Boosters) are zero. How can I restore to previous status with gifts (Boosters).

Only progress and gold is synced and automatically transferred. You can get purchased items transferred but not items that you get in game.
