Started playing, then got daily wheel booster, now game frozen, all looks normal but no play?

opened game needed daily wheel booster so closed and got booster, now everything looks ok but when I try and play any level, it goes on flashing or bouncing, and no response?
Ive rebooted the game and the iPad

@Timon45 You are not being helpful bringing all these old posts up. You avatar has already been locked do you not think you should try abiding by the community rules and show some community spirit
