Credits/Game freeze

I was playing candy crush on 2/05/2017 and had bought credits to finally get through level 2147 .. Was just about completed and the game froze.. so I spent $7 on credits to complete the level and lost all that and still had not moved on from that level.. I think we should be compensated for these losses.
