Why does my boosters only disappear from my game when i purchase

I don't know if it just me bust my game was having no trouble had boosters ufo paint brush  lots of color bombs and the striped bombs  hands lollipops  coconut wheels and fish the check mark everything  I was going to chill out after work splurged after working and  it all disappeared from the game while I was playing everything's gone  only after purchase  submitted ticket told nothing can be done used items that I purchased  but I didn't get to they disappeared in think they are stealing our money  greedy cooperation  robbing it's lovely customers

Hi Charlotte!- Thanks for posting on King Care. I am really sorry that you have lost your boosters, I can understand your frustration. Please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, (so you can use them when offline too).

This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost. For this reason we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars.
