Okay I check that email address against king.com and it's not recognized so you may not have registered with king.com so have you played through Facebook? Or is there another email you could have used in the past?
Actually I dont remember how I registred at first. You can also check these emailadresses:

It seems none of those emails are recognised on king.com. Hopefully I can get a King moderator to maybe look into your account and hopefully get you back on track with things.
