How come I have a message come up on my screen saying fully loaded, when I go into the game I have ,

When I go into play it has still a lock out for next level, it also had message about collecting red candies. What a load of rubbish ! Seriously 72 hrs to unlock a level. I can't even get into my messages tells me that they have been saved ????
